Incentive trip to Tanzania

Organisation of an incentive seminar abroad

We organised a team trip to Tanzania for a large pharmaceutical group based in France and several other countries.

Feedback on the event

Once the formalities had been completed and the visas issued, the participants flew off to enjoy a safari on commercial flights from Paris, London, Amsterdam, Bordeaux, Vienna, Marseille, but also Nantes, Nice, Strasbourg and Lyon.

We arrived in Kilimanjaro in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff at the Four Point by Sheraton hotel, before starting a trip of a lifetime.The next morning, we all got into four-wheel drives and headed to the town of Mto wa Mbu. Once there, we did a town tour by tuk-tuk and had lunch at a resident's home, so we could sample the local cuisine and enjoy the friendly welcome.

We then moved to another hotel and had a musical welcome in the magnificent Ngorongoro Oldeani Lodge 5**** *. We had a meeting followed by a traditional dinner.
The rest of the trip comprised half-day meetings alongside incredible moments including:
meeting the Maasai,
enjoying BBQs and open bar services,
exclusive SAFARI experiences, especially in the Ngorongoro crater to spot the "Big Five" and enjoy an exclusive lunch that was specially prepared for the group.
