Business seminar in Aix-en-Provence

Organisation of an incentive seminar
We headed to Aix-en-Provence for a 5-day business seminar at the 5* Renaissance Hotel.

Feedback on the corporate event
We managed the pre- and post-event transfer of all employees between different stations and airports and the 5-star Renaissance hotel for a corporate pharma event.
The days were organised around meetings in the plenary or around smaller sub-groups.
Several evening formats were organised to keep everyone happy:

• cocktail party at the hotel,
• seated dinner at the Pointe Noire restaurant,
• exclusive picnic dinner,
• exclusive gala evening at Bar BQ.
  The third day focused on a team-building activity: an outing in a VW camper van. Participants toured the region and then headed to the evening site where they could enjoy a dip in the pool before the evening picnic!
